We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate with a technical background (B.E., B.Tech, BCA, or similar), who wants to work directly with customers, learn how engineering orgs function, and help our product deliver value from day one.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career, who’s not looking to code full-time, but still wants to stay close to the world of software.
Own the customer onboarding experience, from kickoff calls to activation, ensuring fast time-to-value.
Support trials and POCs, acting as a technical partner to the sales and product teams.
Handle first-level technical queries, triage bugs, and suggest workarounds.
Write and run basic SQL queries to analyze customer usage and generate insights.
Understand how engineering teams work, and guide customers on best practices using Hivel.
Maintain customer health, spot early warning signs, and collaborate on retention and expansion.
Relay feedback from users to product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
Have 0–2 years of experience in customer success, tech support, QA, or implementation.
Hold a B.E., B.Tech, BCA, or similar technical degree.
Are curious about dev tools, AI, and how engineering teams operate.
Communicate clearly, both in writing and in live conversations.
Are comfortable using SQL or excited to learn it quickly.
Like solving ambiguous problems and don’t wait to be told what to do.
You’ll work directly with founders, engineers, and top-tier customers.
