At Hivel, we’re building products that make engineering teams more effective, by helping them see what’s working, what’s not, and where to act. From data-driven visibility to AI-powered code reviews, we’re focused on real workflows - helping teams operate better.
We’re early in the journey of redefining how technical teams adopt AI, and the product is evolving fast. We’re looking for a PM who doesn't wait to be told what to do. Someone who can sniff out problems worth solving, rally a team to solve them, who thrives in ambiguity, brings clarity to chaos and obsesses over the details till customers feel the difference.
This isn’t a role for ticket-pushers. This role is perfect for someone who learns fast, moves faster, and knows how to make bets in a rapidly shifting environment, especially one where AI is changing how software gets built.
Define the product roadmap, not as a wishlist, but as a series of bets that move the company forward.
Talk to customers, engineers, and designers regularly. Know when to zoom in on a PRD and when to zoom out to the business model.
Own product outcomes. If something ships and no one uses it, it’s still a problem to be solved.
Collaborate with sales, CS, and marketing on GTM - but keep the user voice at the center.
Prioritize ruthlessly. Say no, more than you say yes.
Build the narrative around what we’re solving and why it matters, internally and externally.
Stay close to the market. You don’t need to chase every feature competitors build, but you should know when and why they built it.
Have 3-4 years of experience owning products end-to-end, strategy, delivery, and adoption.
Are as comfortable talking APIs, technical requirements with engineers as you are framing trade-offs.
Can work through ambiguity and bring structure without waiting for permission.
Are data-informed, not data-blinded. You know when to trust your gut and when to dig into the numbers.
Have strong written communication, you write clearly, think clearly, and avoid fluff.
Care about shipping things that matter, not just things that look good in a demo.
You've worked in B2B SaaS(Bonus points if you’ve built products for technical users (developers, PMs, eng leaders)).
We’re 30 people, moving fast, and building real products for real teams.
Backed by some of the best operators in SaaS and AI.
You'll work directly with the founders, have a seat at the table, and ship things that matter.
If this sounds like your kind of problem space, reach out. We’d love to talk.
