WT_FIT_Score API – AI-Powered Resume & Job Description Matching
The WT_FIT_Score API uses AI to instantly match resumes with job descriptions, providing a clear FIT Score (0-100) and detailed insights into a candidate’s strengths and gaps. It streamlines resume screening, saves time, and helps recruiters make faster, data-driven hiring decisions
Overview
Finding the right candidate efficiently is a challenge for recruiters. The WT_FIT_Score API simplifies this by using AI to analyze how well a resume aligns with a job description. It provides a FIT Score (0-100) along with detailed insights into the candidate’s strengths and areas for improvement. This allows recruiters to make faster, data-driven hiring decisions, reducing manual screening while ensuring top talent is identified.
How It Works
Step 1:
Create a FIT Job ID
Send a request to the API with the Job Description (JD).
The API generates a FIT Job ID (fitJobId), which is used for future resume evaluations.
Step 2:
Evaluate a Resume Against the JD
Send a request with the FIT Job ID and a resume URL.
The API analyzes the resume, compares it with the JD, and returns:
FIT Score (0-100) – How well the resume aligns with the JD.
Pros – Key competencies and skills where the candidate is a strong match.
Cons – Areas where the candidate lacks experience or skills.
Details – Highlights specific resume sections that justify why a skill is considered a strength or a gap. For example, if a candidate has "Machine Learning" in their work experience and projects, the API will reference those sections to support its evaluation. If "Cloud Deployment" is missing, it will be listed as a gap.
